A smidge of Southern grace...

I'm having a bit of withdrawal from my decor desires.  Until the school year comes to a close, my wishes are on the back burner.  For the meantime, I'll sift through photos of my dreams come true...

This vintage style room offers an country-eclectic look.  For more eclectic ideas, check out Anthropologie.  Great Stuff by Paul also has some interesting accessories!

Vintage suitcases...undeniably gorgeous!

I'm wanting a simple, yet unique, vanity...I think I may have found just the thing!

The hutch, in white, is just one of my new desires.  It will match perfectly with my grandmother's Moderntone Depression glass blue dishes!  I WILL own this (or something close) one day soon!

My blue dishes, from my Meme's estate.

I'm starting to get an itch for more...with 19 days of school left, who knows what'll begin to happen!

the pleasure of your company is requested...

The end of the cheerleading season came to a close in February.  Recognition brunch...April.  Procrastinator...I think not.
934 Main Street, Shelbyville, KY...Catering By Kate...absolutely delectable!  934 Main is one of the most beautiful houses in Shelbyville.  It's an historic delight!  The food is delightfully delicious too!  Yes, it depends on what you choose, but you  can't get much better.   Kate's services go above and beyond.  I could not have a chosen a better place to host such a sweet and simple cheerleading banquet for my delightful crew of quality Warrior talent!
The girls loved it!  The parents loved!  ... That's all that matters!

New to this...

This is a new thing for us. We still need to figure the blog thing out and we'll soon be able to use this as a new form of communication with family out of state. Although we definitely stay very busy, things don't change with us all that often. We'll update as much as possible/needed and go from there. Happy Days!
